Transform boundaries are when 2 plates move past each other in opposite directions.Earthquakes happen frequently along these boundaries.Divergent boundaries are when 2 plates move apart.Most of these occur at the mid-ocean ridge.Finally the last type of boundary is Convergent Boundaries.That is when the 2 plates come together.The result is called collision. These are the 3 types of Boundaries that occur in Earthquakes.
